CEO

Nicole Clark is the Co-Founder and CEO of Adult and Pediatric Institute for Health and Wellness. She is a Board-Certified Psychiatric Mental Health Registered Nurse and has over 18 years of experience in trauma and psychiatric medicine. She started her career in the Navy as a Navy Corpsman which is where she fell in love for caring for people and helping them achieve their best sense of self.

Although she is a successful healthcare entrepreneur, her most valued role is wife and mother. Nicole has two special needs daughters, so she knows firsthand how difficult it can be to find quality help for your children. She is committed to ensuring that no other families have to go through the struggles she went through to get the best possible care for their child.

Mariel Paralitici-Morales MD

Chief Medical Officer

Mariel Paralitici-Morales MD, aka Dr. P, is the Chief Medical Officer (CMO) and Co-Founder of the Adult and Pediatric Institute for Health and Wellness. Dr. P is a soccer mom to two energetic teenagers and has a loving husband who is also a physician. 

Dr. P trained at Columbia University where she completed education in both Child/Adolescent and Adult Psychiatry. With over 13 years of experience, Dr. P is an expert in her field and specializes in mood disorders, anxiety disorders, ADHD, Autism, and other conditions. Dr. P is a compassionate and caring psychiatrist who believes in individualized care and a collaborative approach. She takes the time build a relationship with her clients so she can find the proper diagnosis and develop a personalized treatment plan.

Client Care Coordinator

Stephanie is often the first person most people talk to at the Adult and Pediatric Institute. She is a ray of sunshine for our office and does everything from scheduling clients and making sure no one runs out of medications to entertaining the little ones so the adults can talk privately. 

Marina Perez

Psychometrist

Marina is a Stuart native who has a Masters degree in Brain and Mind Sciences from the University of Sydney. She is specially trained in administering the ADOS-2 and is an integral member of the collaborative team! 

Marina is family oriented and loves spending time with her sisters and traveling in her free time!

Samantha Camaerei, RCSWI

Therapist

Samantha graduated from Barry University with her Masters in Social Work. As a Registered Clinical Social Work Intern with 2 decades of experience in the mental health field, Samantha has spent much of her career helping individuals navigate the challenges of mental health concerns. She works with children, adolescents, and adults and believes in taking a person-centered approach to her practice; ensuring that every session is focused on the person’s unique needs, experiences, and goals.

Samantha is trained in a variety of therapeutic modalities, including Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), Flash Technique, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Trauma-Informed Care. These diverse approaches allow her to support clients in processing trauma, overcoming challenges, and developing healthy coping strategies.

Brianna Cashman, BCBA-LBA

Clinical Director

Brianna has extensive experience in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), special education, and parent and family counseling and training. She began her career as a special education teacher in the preschool setting, where she spent 5 years supporting our earliest learners and their families. In wanting to provide support beyond the classroom, she decided to pursue a second Masters Degree in Applied Behavior Analysis. Throughout her program, she worked providing ABA services across settings including in client’s homes and schools, building meaningful skills in environments where they matter most. 

Brianna is deeply committed to building a team of individuals that can provide neuroaffirming, client-centered care that celebrates individuality, respects real-life experiences, and empowers clients to reach their goals in ways that are both authentic and sustainable.

Community Outreach Liaison

With a background in marketing and child development, she brings a unique ability to communicate creatively, build trust, and connect families, schools, and providers with the support they need.

Melissa is also a wife and mother, which gives her a personal understanding of the challenges families face when navigating behavioral and developmental needs. She is passionate about making resources like ABA evaluations, child psychiatry, and therapy services more accessible—because lasting change begins when families feel seen, supported, and connected.
