50% of the population. Nearly 80% of suicides. 💔
The silence is the crisis.
This Men's Mental Health Month, we're asking you to do one simple thing: check on the ones who say they're "fine." You might change someone's life.
And if that someone is you, please don't carry it alone. We're here. 📞 844.550.7337 | 988 Crisis & Suicide Hotline

This Friday, our CEO, Nicole Clark (a Navy veteran who proudly served during Operation Iraqi Freedom and Operation Enduring Freedom) will be volunteering as Corpsman medical support for the Doyougivearuck Operation Shell Shock Ruck March.
At Adult and Pediatric Institute, supporting the mental health of our veterans is deeply personal. We have seen firsthand the invisible wounds that many service members carry long after their military service ends. During PTSD Awareness Month, we are honored to stand alongside a community dedicated to raising awareness, fostering connection, and remembering those we have lost to suicide.
We encourage everyone to support this powerful event. Whether you participate in the ruck, cheer participants on at a water station, or attend the closing ceremony, your presence sends a message that our veterans are not alone.
To every veteran who may be struggling: help is available, and there is hope. You do not have to carry the weight alone. Reach out to someone you trust, call us, or contact the 988 Suicide & Crisis Lifeline.
Together, we can break the stigma, start conversations, and save lives.
#PTSDAwarenessMonth #DoYouGiveARuck #OperationShellShock #VeteranMentalHealth #EndVeteranSuicide #YouAreNotAloneThis morning we want to thank the following businesses and agencies participating in Operation Shell Shock : D Day this weekend.
Indian River County Sheriff's Office - Sgt Smith and another Army veteran has volunteered to escort our convoy and ruckers the entire night at no cost to our veteran organization. IRSCO will provide a cruiser in the front and rear of the formation to ensure our event is protected.
The Treasure Coast Jeep Club - TCJC will be providing 8 Jeeps as fallout vehicles, ADVON with water points, and carrying supplies. This convoy moves at 3 MPH for 20 miles for 8 hours. That's a lot of driving and patience.
Norair Photography - Brittany Norair will be on the ground the entire 20 miles. Ms. Noriair has been covering the event since 2019 and is the only person that has rucked all 7 event's besides Jimmy Lee Jackson. Her commitment and tenacity to help and influence our veterans has become legendary.
Octopus Marketing - Jorge Carlos Coxaj will also be on the ground for 8 hours with us. Octopus Marketing is formally known as Advent Marketing. He has been with us for 5 years now and has covered every event we have hosted for free. Making some amazing videos to capture the essence and meaning behind the event.
Broken Roads Mental Health - Thank you for the snack and hydration donations! Every year Doyougivearuck spends roughly $5,000.00 on this event. We cover busses, food, patches, medals, ribbons, medical supplies, water, fuel, and more! Your help went a long ways to help keep our ruckers fed and hydrated!
We also want to take the time to thank all our volunteers and board members who have worked tirelessly on this event. For 7 years we have hosted an amazing event to remember our fallen. Rain, lightning, protesters, and unruly traffic. We have faced a lot of adverse conditions. Thank you for going the distance and keeping this event alive.
This FRIDAY at 11:30 PM, formation will begin. Will you join us and impact a local veterans life? Will you help carry this 7 year torch that has burned brightly for our local veterans? All you need is the will and a pack. We will see you there!

Every silly story, every field trip ride, every first day and last day.
All of it is impacting our entire community. Thank you for investing in something that is both our present and our future.
It is worth it.
